From Our Pasture to Your Table
We are so excited to introduce to you our latest offering from Mansfield Park, our signature Mansfield Park Pork.
Our farm is an ideal home for our pigs to display their natural behaviours of playing and wallowing in the mud with its sloping hills, plentiful rainfall and balanced diet. Our free range, Berkshire and Large Blacks are both English heritage breeds that have an amazing depth of flavour - and often referred to as the 'Wagyu of Pork'. We are so proud of the process we have taken to get it just right, we know that our pork will have you coming back for seconds (and thirds).

Our superior marbling characteristics, delivers a juicy and sweet ham. Available in Full or Half Leg (Bone In), or (Boneless) Rolled and Sliced.
